Structural Permit Valuation:

The valuation used in the structural permit fee schedule is based on a table adopted by the State Building Codes Division.  To view the entire table click here.  For clarification, common type of structures are noted separately.  Our staff will confirm the appropriate valuation at time of plan submittal.

One and Two-family dwellings: $95.91/sf
Multi-familydwellings: $88.46/sf
Private garages, pole buildings & other utilitybuildings:  $37.34/sf
Decks (30” or more above grade), patio covers, carports etc:  $18.67/sf
Storage building (i.e. mini-storage):  $48.85/sf
