Operating Plan

Operating Plan was developed to comply with administrative rule OAR 918-020-0080. The plan is on file with the Oregon Building Codes Division, has been distributed to surrounding jurisdictions, is available online, and a paper copy can be obtained upon request.

This plan reflects the administrative, permitting, plan review, inspection and compliance standards including the policies, procedures and services administered and offered through the Mid Columbia Building Code Services. The plan will be updated as necessary to reflect service changes.
