Local Boards
The Region 9 Workforce Investment Board (RWIB) is a local private and public partnership -- a coalition of dedicated area volunteers responsible for developing policy and overseeing workforce development initiatives within Hood River, Gilliam, Sherman, Wasco and Wheeler counties. The RWIB is a voice for rural Oregon providing leadership in coordinating workforce development activities within the region and is an essential part of Oregon's workforce development system. |
